I’ve made this recipe a couple of different ways and every way has come out super tasty.
Recently I used this recipe is to make mini apple pies in a cupcake tin. I used vegan premade pie crust and the apple filling from the recipe. I then used a pizza cutter to slice up little stripes of the pie crust and made a nice decorative weave crust for the mini pies. Topped it off with the glaze that Gabrielle provides and it was a delicious warm treat perfect for a cold day.
